ORDERING

I am not currently accepting deposits for new work.  I am booked through 2025 and will begin scheduling new work in mid 2025 for guitars to be completed in 2026/7.  Please contact me if you are interested in either a future build slot or in being contacted when other guitars become available.  

As of Spring 2024 the base price for a custom guitar is $8500.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in a price structure and a tentative delivery date. For some custom designs or for instruments where wood must be purchased for the guitar a larger deposit may be required. Further deposits are refundable before work begins on the instrument.  Half of the final balance is due when work begins and the full balance is due upon completion and before the guitar is delivered.

GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with the instrument you have 5 days to contact me to arrange a return of the instrument in its original condition. You will be refunded the sale price minus $500 once the instrument has been resold. For extremely custom instruments it may require replacing portions before resale which will affect the refunded price.

Your guitar is guaranteed to be free of defects upon shipment and any problems arising from workmanship or material issues will be repaired by me at no charge for a period of 10 years from the guitar’s completion. I am always available for routine setups and periodic checkups, these are covered at no cost under the 10 year warranty. Shipping to and from my workshop is the responsibility of the owner and should be confirmed before the guitar is shipped. Normal wear and other issues such as fret wear, finish scratches, misuse, and exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity ranges are not covered under warranty.  Physical changes to the instrument will void this warranty.
